Westcoast – Industrial LED Lighting Project

Extending on our approach to support businesses in Berkshire and Hampshire to become energy efficient we approached Westcoast LTD. Due to the nature of the operation in Berkshire we knew that we could add value by implementing a sustainable LED lighting upgrade. Given our knowledge of sectors, we were able to present in an easy to understand way how replacing inefficient sodium and halide lighting could drive value whilst reducing electricity consumption and carbon output whilst delivering considerable financial savings.

Although we had completed some LED upgrades across the offices, we were keen to deliver further savings and lighting improvements in our Distribution Centres across the site. They had inefficient Sodium and Halide Lighting installed and the glow made the centres seem dated. Tyrone met with me on site on a number of occasions and met with the Senior Team to understand our requirements. We were impressed with the detail of the proposal and the LED trial. This led to a full upgrades in one of the Distribution Centres, and after observing the improvements we opted to have the second building upgraded. The service delivery and customer experience was excellent and we have now completed a full site upgrade with LED Futures.
