CILEx Law School – LED Lighting Design and Install

CILEx Law School is a leading distance learning law school specialising in legal training.

Again working in harmony with our national project teams we were approached to look at energy efficiency measures to reduce energy consumption.

After consultation it was decided that the first step would be to complete a full LED lighting upgrade across three buildings. Each building was unique in terms of the existing lighting that was installed. Our approach was welcomed after we demonstrated how we could modernise the look and feel of each areas in the different buildings.

Our proposal defined all of the key information about carbon, electricity, and financial savings that could be made by upgrading to our LED lighting solutions. Additionally, as there was a concern about low lighting levels in some areas, we also included our LED Lighting Design framework as part of the proposal so that CILEx Law School would be confident with the lux and lighting level improvements to be delivered.
